VietFive is a Vietnamese coffee brand that grows, harvests and roasts Robusta beans from a regenerative family farm in Buon Ma Thuot, and its West Loop cafe on West Madison Street is the place to taste them in Chicago. The company calls itself vertically integrated and specialty, and says it is building community from Vietnam to Chicago through every cup.

Beyond the cafe, its coffee is sold online as beans, kits and K cups, and it supplies restaurants and markets across the city. Part of its mission is second chance hiring, with employment and job training for people returning to the community after incarceration. The cafe is open Tuesday to Friday from seven until five and on weekends from eight until five, and it is closed on Mondays.
