Hexe Coffee Co.

Hexe Coffee Co. started in 2016 as an afternoon project, supplying cold brew and coffee to local markets and festivals with no plan to run a cafe. The cafe on West Diversey Parkway in Roscoe Village opened in September 2019, carried on through the 2020 pandemic and now serves the company's own coffees, with a cheerfully irreverent streak.

The coffee range includes a light roast cafe staple, a Colombian natural blended with Peruvian and Sumatran beans, a Brazilian natural and Peruvian blend, and a bourbon barrel aged coffee that contains no alcohol. Bags and subscriptions are sold online, and a wholesale arm supplies other businesses. The cafe opens at half past seven in the morning and stays open until eight in the evening every day.
