Dayglow is a coffee company from Los Angeles whose Chicago cafe sits in Suite 114 of the Kimball Arts Center, at the point where Logan Square meets Humboldt Park near the 606 trail. Chicago was the company's first major expansion beyond California, and the shop is built around a wide, rotating selection of coffees from roasters around the world, alongside Dayglow's own roasting, which began in 2022.

It works as a coffee marketplace as much as a cafe, with shelves of bags and brewing equipment and a subscription service that sends beans to your door. Inside the arts building the room is calm and simple, a low counter and a few tables, and the pour overs change as the guest roasters do. It opens at seven and closes at six every day.
