Ctrl Z Coffee is a roaster and espresso bar on South Loomis Street in Bridgeport, built around the coffees and flavors of the Philippines. It opened as the roaster's first brick and mortar shop in 2025 after a stretch of roasting, catering and wholesale, and its founder, Zandro Zafra, draws on his Philippine upbringing for both the beans and the menu.

The roasting focuses on Philippine excelsa and liberica coffees, with a changing guest coffee from elsewhere in the world alongside, and the counter serves Filipino inspired coffee and pastries. The shop is small, about four hundred square feet, with natural wood tones in the floor and furniture. It is open from seven to three on weekdays and from eight to three on weekends.
