Coffee Lab & Roasters

Coffee Lab & Roasters is a small neighborhood coffee shop on North Lincoln Avenue in Lakeview, serving what it calls casual but quality coffee. The beans are roasted on site, in a corner building with a plain white storefront and a simple sign above the window, and the menu boards list espresso drinks, drip coffee and tea above a glass case of pastries.

The pastries are delivered daily from pHlour, and treats from DeFloured, a gluten free bakery, are also on offer for those who need them. The room is bright and white with pale blue ceiling beams and a small counter, and it keeps regular daytime hours, opening at seven in the morning and closing at six in the evening.
