The Avondale Coffee Club by Reprise Roasters

The original Avondale Coffee Club closed when COVID hit, leaving its staff without jobs, and general manager Kati Paiz promised she would bring their positions back if she ever got the chance. Six months later she and her fiance Adam Paronto took over the space, rehired the laid off staff, and reopened it as the Avondale Coffee Club by Reprise Roasters.

Reprise roasts out of a facility in Libertyville, sourcing from Nicaragua and Colombia, with pour over built as the house specialty rather than an afterthought on the menu.
