Cascais · Parede
Liberty

Liberty began in Lisbon as a cafe and bookshop where brunch, specialty coffee, low intervention wine and carefully chosen books share one room. The Parede branch sits on the coastal road in the municipality of Cascais, with large windows that look straight out over the beach and the Atlantic.
The coffee list runs from espresso and milk drinks to a batch brew, cold brew and a hand brewed rare single origin, with matcha and house lemonades alongside, and brunch is served all day. The room is pet friendly, there are no reservations, and the same team runs a second Liberty in Santos, Lisbon.
