ONA Coffee House

ONA Coffee House sits in an industrial pocket of Fyshwick, in the same building where founder Sasa Sestic roasts the coffee that carried his name to the World Barista Championship title in 2015. The room reads as a working roastery more than a polished cafe, with raw brick, exposed beams, and a window onto the roasting equipment that supplies this address along with the wider family of ONA venues around Canberra.

The all day menu leans toward brunch staples done well rather than anything experimental, and the coffee list runs from a house blend through rotating single origin options for espresso and filter. Bags of beans go home with plenty of customers, and the shaded outdoor tables out front are where the dog crowd tends to settle in on weekend mornings.
