Sought x Found Coffee Roasters

Kitty and Caleb Leung opened this small roastery and cafe in Crescent Heights in 2017, working from professional training in tasting, roasting, and brewing to build what has become one of the more tightly focused hand brew programs in the city. The Centre Street storefront is compact, with ordering available at the counter, through a side window, and for pickup online, plus a run of colorful bike racks out front that speak to the mostly local, mostly walking or riding crowd.

The roasting happens on site in small batches, and the bar leans into curated flights that walk a few coffees side by side so the differences in origin and process are easy to taste. Bags of the current roasts go home with most visitors alongside a short food menu of bites and pastries, including baked goods from Butter Block.
