Monogram Coffee

Monogram started as a hand built coffee cart before its three founders, Ben, Justin, and Jeremy, opened a proper cafe, and the small Britannia location keeps that original scale even as the company has grown into a national name. The room sits beside sister restaurant Primary Colours in Britannia Plaza, a tight, sunlit space with a handful of tables and a small front patio that fills up quickly once the weather turns warm.

The team sources and roasts its own coffee, with long standing relationships to farms in Bolivia, Panama, and Brazil feeding a rotating single origin list alongside the standard espresso and filter menu. Between them, Monogram's baristas have collected multiple national barista championship titles, and that competition background shows up in the deliberate, unhurried way drinks get built at the bar.
