Caffè dell'Arte Specialty Coffee

Caffè dell'Arte has stood on Via Caprera since 1986, when Franco and Lidia opened it as a neighborhood bar; a 1996 renovation gave it the name it carries today, and the family has filled the room with work from local Sardinian artists and hosted events there ever since. Andrea Pettinari started serving specialty coffee behind the counter in 2016 and began roasting the shop's own beans on site at the end of 2020, naming each line after an art movement: Futurismo, Art Deco, Impressionismo.
Beans are bought direct from growers and roasted fresh every Friday, brewed as espresso, filter, or cold brew alongside a full breakfast and brunch menu that runs to French toast, scrambled eggs, and a hummus toast among the vegan options made with oat milk. The classic cappuccino uses milk from a small farm in Sulcis, and bagged beans are sold both at the counter and through the shop's own online store.
