Sangroksu Light Roasting House

A barista pouring hot water from a black kettle over a pour over dripper at the wooden bar of Sangroksu Light Roasting House, with a large window onto the water and a bridge behind

Sangroksu is on the fourth floor of a building along the Gwangalli seafront in Namcheon, reached by a small lift beside the entrance. Big windows frame the Gwangan Bridge, plants are scattered through the room, and the bar lets you watch your filter coffee being poured.

As the name says, everything here is roasted light. Beans are set out to smell before you order, with staff explaining each one, and the lineup changes through the year with seasonal blends alongside single origins. A sign in the window asking for something acidic tells you what the room is after.
