Jero Coffee Roastery is a compact roastery in the alleys near Gwangan market and Suyeong station. There is a bar facing the brewing station, and the beans are roasted in the shop.

Filter coffee is the draw, with a seasonal list of lively, varied lots brewed on a V60 as standard and on AeroPress for a small extra charge. The main blend is made for milk drinks, and staff let you smell beans as you decide.
