Hytte Roastery

Hytte Roastery is a Busan roaster whose Jeonpo shop opened in 2021 on a hillside street between Jeonpo and Seomyeon. The shop spreads over two floors, with a tiled bar behind big windows, and the menu is a paper sheet listing every bean for filter and espresso with its roast level and tasting notes.

Roasting is light and aims for a clean cup, balance and sweetness. The company roasts at its own roastery and sells bags of beans and drip bags alongside the drinks.
