CRCE coffeebar

CRCE is a coffee bar one block back from Gwangalli beach in Millak, in an old red brick building with a plain stone coloured front. A horseshoe bar fills the middle of the room with the brewing tools laid out along it, so the pouring happens right in front of you.

The menu leans on hand drip, with a regular lineup of beans and a monthly pick, each listed with flavour notes. Staff will suggest a bean from the sweetness or acidity you describe and adjust the strength to taste. The name comes from crescendo, the idea that the coffee should leave a stronger impression when you go than when you arrive.
