Aery stands beside Jungang Station in Busan's old port district, with a brewing bar on the ground floor and more seating above. Its owner Lim Jeonghwan won the 2024 Korea National Barista Championship and reached the final of that year's World Barista Championship, held in Busan.

The shop chooses its coffees for their rarity and clarity of flavour, then roasts and brews them to bring those qualities out. Filter coffee is the heart of the menu, poured at the bar where you can watch each cup being made.
