Tres

Agustina Román, a barista, professional taster and Q Arabica Grader, built Tres around one simple idea: the roaster and the bar should be separated only by a pane of glass. On Teodoro García, steps from Colegiales station, the morning sun lands on the roasting machine while the café doors open on the other side, so you can watch the beans you are about to drink being roasted.

The lots come from Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Bolivia, brewed as espresso and on filter, with a sunny deck outside for slower mornings and bags of freshly roasted coffee to take home. In September 2026 the intimate, minimalist shop was named best coffee shop in Argentina in The Best Coffee Shops awards, and it was also among South America's 100 best.
