Full City Coffee House

Full City has been roasting and teaching coffee in Buenos Aires since 2011, and its motto, drink better coffee, still greets you at the Thames address in Palermo Soho. The house is a roastery, a training school and a café in one, run by an interdisciplinary team with more than fifteen years of experience that tests, develops and roasts every lot to bring out its full flavour.

The focus is Colombian coffee, from regional lots like Guayatá and Ortega to a Brazilian Mogiana for contrast, brewed several ways and sold as whole beans to take home. A leafy patio and terrace make the space relaxed, and Full City also runs barista, roasting and café owner courses for people who want to go deeper into the craft.
