Vivina's Café & Roastery

Vivina's opened in 2019 on Szerb utca, started by home baristas with no restaurant background who have since doubled the café into the neighbouring space, added brunch and begun roasting their own coffee. They also won an international competition, The Barista League, which took them to coffee farms in Colombia and Costa Rica, and they now import green coffee from Colombia through direct farm relationships.

The original room is small and warm, with a chalkboard bar painted with a map of the coffee belt and a staircase up to a loft. Eggs Benedict is the signature on the terrace, bags of house roasted coffee from Colombia, Ethiopia and other origins are sold to take home, and the shop is a minute from Egyetem tér.
