Steam Coffee Shop

Steam runs out of a genuinely tiny footprint, reportedly just 12 square meters, on a quiet Floreasca street near Piata Charles de Gaulle. Coffee is purist and single origin only, with V60 and AeroPress alongside the espresso program, and beans come from Origo's roastery rather than an in house program.

What started as one small counter has grown into a handful of Bucharest locations since opening, including a second spot near Piata Romana, while keeping the same minimal, mostly to go format that built the original following. A second small location later opened on Bulevardul Dacia to handle the overflow.
