Saint Roastery Victoriei

Saint Roastery started as a single counter and has grown into a small chain with its own roasting operation and three locations across the city, this one on Maltopol near Piata Victoriei. The team sources green coffee directly, including a 2026 buying trip to origin farms in Africa, and roasts it for both the espresso bar and a filter program that runs V60 and AeroPress alongside a slow batch cold brew steeped for eighteen hours. Saint Roastery has also been certified as a B Corp, tying its sourcing claims to an outside standard rather than just marketing copy.

The room functions as a genuine daily counter, croissants and pastries sit next to the espresso machine, and regulars treat it as a place to sit down and work rather than a quick grab and go stop. Bagged beans, brewing equipment, and coffee subscriptions are sold both in store and through the website, so the retail side runs as its own real business alongside the cafe.
