KOPP is one of the more spacious specialty cafes in Bucharest, run by Adina and Iulian in Cotroceni with multiple cozy rooms spread out so the place rarely feels crowded even when busy. It skews toward a full breakfast and brunch menu, scrambled eggs, hummus, salads, and fruit bowls alongside the coffee program, more all day neighborhood spot than a pure espresso counter.

Dogs are a regular presence at the tables, and the unhurried, spread out room makes it an easy place to settle in for a full breakfast rather than a quick espresso stop.
