Daniela and Salahddine opened Café Colombia Roastery Shop in January 2021, after trips to Colombia and training in roasting and brewing, with a plan to bring traceable Latin American coffee to Brussels. The roaster sits right behind the green shopfront window, and medium to light roasts of Colombian, Brazilian, Mexican, Nicaraguan and Costa Rican lots are served in the cup and sold by the bag.

The tasting room on Avenue Maréchal Foch is a friendly neighborhood stop for coffee, tea, toast and crêpes, open every day. The couple also teach small workshops in roasting, soft brewing with V60, Chemex and AeroPress, and latte art, so a visit can turn into learning how to make a better cup at home.
