Café Boudin

Alice opened Café Boudin in December 2021 after falling for coffee shop culture while living in San Francisco, and the motto on the window says it all: specialty coffee and homemade everything. Wide Awake roasts the beans in Brussels and delivers them weekly, the Duchesse espresso blend leans chocolate and hazelnut, and filter comes through Kalita and MocaMaster with a guest roaster rotating on batch brew.

Opposite BOZAR, the room is pale wood, terracotta tiles and big windows, a calm place to settle in with a chai or a cold brew. The vegetarian kitchen cooks seasonal dishes at lunch on weekdays and a brunch at weekends, with cakes and cookies baked in house and sourdough from Mains, and vegan and gluten free options on the menus.
