Bouche

Bouche is a specialty coffee bar on Rue de Namur, just behind the Royal Palace, with a second shop on Rue Froissart. The approach is deliberately relaxed: the team wants people to take coffee a little less seriously, and the room backs that up with a calm layout, colourful art on the walls and ceramic cups in bright colours.

Espresso and filter coffee are brewed at the bar, and the shop sells its own beans, often from guest collaborations, next to coffees from other local roasters. Pop ups such as public cuppings and ceramics sales run from time to time. Weekdays open at 7:30, early enough for a coffee before the Royal Quarter wakes up.
