Postbar

Postbar folds a stationery shop into its coffee bar on Langestraat: pick a card from the wall of racks, write it at your table over a cup of specialty coffee, then slot it into the day you want it posted and the staff mail it for you. Balloons and clouds drawn across the front window announce the concept before the door even opens, and the compact room inside runs on string lights, house plants, and shelves stacked with cards for every occasion.

Coffee and tea share the counter with cold drinks and a short list of cakes and savory bites, much of it organic and sourced close to home. The bar sits in the Sint-Anna quarter, a few minutes' walk from the Markt on a street that stays local rather than tourist heavy, and it keeps a five day week, open Wednesday through Sunday and closed Monday and Tuesday.
