I Love Coffee

Running on Sint-Jakobsstraat since 2005, I Love Coffee is one of the older coffee addresses in central Bruges, a short walk from the Markt on a street that draws a steady mix of locals and visitors through the day. The espresso bar spreads out more than most of the city's smaller coffee rooms, with plenty of seating inside and a large patio out back that gives it room for bigger groups than a typical old town cafe can fit.

Alongside espresso and lattes, the menu runs into a wide list of loose leaf teas, matcha, and flavored chocolate milk, plus a rotating case of pastries. Water bowls come out for dogs without being asked, and the space keeps the same hours every day of the week, a bit of consistency on a street where plenty of other places run shorter or more irregular schedules.
