SKØG Urban Hub

Two Brno natives opened SKØG on Dominican Square in 2015, stacking a coffee bar, cocktail and wine bar, roastery, and events space across two floors of one building. Rusty Nails, the in house roaster on the upper level, runs on the same third wave principles as the room around it, direct grower relationships and lighter roasts over anything darker or blended.

Menus split cleanly through the day, brunch until early afternoon giving way to snacks and a full drinks list that runs from coffee through cocktails and wine into the evening. Long daily hours, open into the early hours most nights, make SKØG as workable for a late drink as a morning espresso.
