Adam Neubauer opened Monogram on Kapucínské náměstí, a small square in Brno's old town, running the espresso bar on rotating beans rather than a single house roaster. The compact room stays weekday focused, open through Saturday but closed on Sundays, a schedule built more around a working week crowd than tourist traffic.
