Wogan Coffee Roastery Shop and Brew Bar

Wogan Coffee Roastery Shop and Brew Bar is the public face of a Bristol roaster, set in St Judes just behind Cabot Circus. The bar pours espresso drinks from a hopper of house and single origin coffees, and the baristas will brew any of the others as filter, from AeroPress to V60. Coffee flights, tasting sessions and bookable cupping sessions turn a flat white stop into something closer to a lesson.

The bean shop sells hand roasted bags from 250g up to a kilo, whole or ground, and you can bring your own vessel to cut down on packaging. A small Joper roaster sits in view of the bar, while most of the roasting happens across the road, where an SCA training campus runs barista courses. Cakes, focaccia sandwiches and gluten free and vegan options come from Bristol suppliers, and there is plenty of seating.
