Sweven Coffee

Sweven Coffee is a roaster and cafe on North Street in Bedminster, founded in 2019 by Jimmy and Aga Dimitrov after close to a decade working in coffee. The focus is a boutique range of rare and exclusive lots from quality minded producers, roasted in a Nordic style and shipped worldwide, and the cafe is where those coffees are poured for anyone who walks in.

The menu rotates with whatever is on the shelf, from espresso and filter to a limited frozen offering that shows off a single producer, and baristas are happy to talk you through the choice. The room is white, airy and minimalist, built around a row of sculpted white espresso machines, and a selection of cakes sits alongside. Bags of the current roasts are sold to take home.
