Radical Roasters

Radical Roasters is a micro roastery and coffee house on St Marks Road in Easton, behind a hand painted yellow and pink shopfront with a giant cat mural beside the door. Every coffee is roasted in house on a 5kg Diedrich, and the window promises ground or whole beans to take away, from a rotating shelf of origins and blends that includes a decaf.
The bags are hand screenprinted by a local artist, and the same coffees pour in the cafe alongside cakes with vegan choices. Beyond Easton, the roastery supplies a handful of other independent cafes and studios across Bristol. The cafe is open Thursday to Sunday only, so plan the visit around the long weekend, and bring your own container for beans if you want to keep the packaging down.
