New Cut Coffee

New Cut Coffee has been serving Bristol's Floating Harbourside since 2021 from a big red warehouse, the Art Warehouse, on Museum Street. The idea is simple: outstanding coffee in an approachable way, with cakes and sandwiches to go with it, and benches out front looking over the water where families and dogs are welcome.

The coffee is a bespoke range developed with Colonna Coffee, a South West roaster that shares its equipment and roast profiles. The house blend brings together Colombia, Brazil and Zambia into a sweet, nutty espresso, and its components are also brewed as single origin espresso and filter. Bags are sold to take home, and a rotating single origin such as a Colombian lot from Popayan sits alongside the blend.
