Coffee + Beer

Coffee + Beer is an independent specialty coffee shop, craft beer retailer and tap room on Cotham Hill, just off Whiteladies Road. It has been running for eight years, and the pitch is simple: the best of specialty coffee and modern British craft beer in one friendly room, without the pretension that either world can lean towards.

The coffee comes from some of the best roasters in the UK and occasionally beyond, with new coffees on espresso and filter every week so the flavours keep changing. The retail shelves carry bags from names such as Square Mile, Dark Arts, Origin, Round Hill, Triple Co, Hard Lines and Crankhouse. On the beer side there are two rotating tap lines and around a hundred bottles and cans, so a flat white and a take home pale ale can share one visit.
