Brick Coffee

Dennis spent ten years in hospitality management before opening Brick, his first venture, on Ginnekenstraat in April 2025, about twenty doors down from Locals Coffee Roasters, which opened the same month. Small batch roasting happens on site daily, and the house signature blend is claimed to score ninety two on the SCA scale, a number the shop puts in the top one percent of specialty coffee.

The menu runs well past straight coffee into matcha, smoothies, limonades and a Passionate Pomegranate signature drink, plus a chocolate fondue for anyone treating the stop as more of a hangout than a quick cup. Retail beans and gift cards are both on offer, and seating can run tight at peak times in a room built more for a quick, quality focused visit than a long sit.
