Forno Brisa Stadio fills the former Bar Stadio on Via Andrea Costa, a short walk from the Dall'Ara, and keeps the neighbourhood habit of dropping in for a coffee at the counter. Bread, coffee and wine are the three things the room is built around, with a green espresso machine at the bar, a small stone mill and an open kitchen behind it.

Breakfast pastries and fresh bread give way to hot dishes at lunch, then wine from the shelves along the wall in the evening. The coffee comes from Brisa's own roastery, bought from farms and roasted on the medium side. Weekend brunch runs on Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 to 14:30, and the room closes for an hour on Wednesday afternoons.
