Forno Brisa Castiglione

Forno Brisa Castiglione sits on Via Castiglione between the Giardini Margherita and the Due Torri, facing the Liceo Galvani, and was one of the earliest rooms the bakery opened beyond its original Galliera site. The front of the shop is given over to bread, pastries and the coffee bar, with tables set out along the pavement. Inside, a rack of natural wine bottles and a row of hanging glasses sit over the bar.

Breakfast is the main event here, bread and pastries from the Brisa ovens beside espresso or a filter coffee roasted by the same team. As the light drops the outdoor tables turn to natural wine. The counter is open every day from early morning until evening, with a one hour pause on Tuesday afternoons.
