Blaue Bohne is a roastery and cafe on Seumestraße in Friedrichshain, where the team roasts with heart in small batches. The focus is single origins and seasonal microlots, with a changing choice of grinds on the bar, and the tagline sums up the attitude: good coffee needs no dogma.

Signature blends sit next to the rotating single origins for espresso or filter, and bags go home with you. The cafe opens every day from eight to six.
