Yes, Nós Temos Café

Master roaster Luis Borba built this shop around a simple argument, that Brazil's best coffee can and should be consumed at home rather than sent abroad almost entirely for export. Lots are selected from award winning farms across several Brazilian regions, including Espirito Santo and the Minas Gerais Cerrado, then roasted and ground in small batches on a weekly cycle rather than held in bulk.
The name itself plays on that mission, an answer to the assumption that great Brazilian coffee is something other countries get to drink while Brazil exports the rest. A plaque from Aroma, a quality competition run by the Brazil Specialty Coffee Association, recognizes the roastery with second place in the Arabica category in 2024.
