OOP Café

Adriene Cobra and Tiago Damasceno opened OOP in Savassi in 2016 to spread specialty coffee culture in the city, then built out their own roastery, OOP Torra, the following year, initially just to supply the cafe itself. Damasceno roasts in house on an Atilla five kilogram roaster across three lines, Produtores for seasonal single producers, Lugares for origin focused lots, and Slow Down as the house blend.

A second location later opened on the rooftop terrace of a building on Praca Sete in Centro, with panoramic views over the city, and OOP also runs a satellite location inside Instituto Inhotim, the art museum and park outside the city.
