7AM Roasters

7AM ran for years as a nano roastery before finally opening its first proper cafe and retail shop in Vračar in 2024, a slower build than most Belgrade specialty roasters take. The team runs on a simple stated obsession, making genuinely great coffee, and backs it up with educational sessions open to both curious drinkers and working baristas.

Roasting happens on site three days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with the cafe itself open every day for cups and retail bags. The Kumanovska address gives Vračar a proper roastery of its own, filling a gap the neighborhood didn't have before 2024.
