He27 Coffee

He27 is a small, two story coffee shop tucked into a residential compound in Shuangjing, well outside the hutong circuit that draws most of Beijing's coffee tourism. The roasting rotation changes constantly, with small batches sourced from less common origins like Mexico alongside more familiar beans from Brazil and Ethiopia, sold in 100 gram bags at the counter.
There is no elaborate menu or design driven interior here, just a flat white made well and a handful of tables where neighborhood regulars linger. It is the kind of shop that rewards people willing to leave the tourist map, a genuine community cafe rather than a destination built for photos.
