Ceresia Coffee Roasters

The sunlit dining room at Ceresia Coffee Roasters, a row of shuttered windows looking onto the trees outside, a long wood table with a water carafe and a green velvet sofa on a parquet floor

Ceresia was founded in June 2013 by Lucia and Garin, a shop built entirely around single origin sourcing rather than house blends. Lucia's family once ran a farm called Santa Lucia in the Venezuelan Andes near Trujillo, and that background still shapes how the coffee is chosen. The current Phrom Phong space, a short walk from BTS Phrom Phong, opened in January 2026 after the original location nearby outgrew itself.

Green beans are roasted in house in small batches, with roast dates kept current on the menu board and a rotating list that leans toward farms and cooperatives the team works with directly. Regulars come for pour overs built around whatever is freshest, alongside flat whites, scones and a cinnamon babka. The room runs an open roaster in view of the seating, indoor and outdoor tables, free wifi with outlets for laptop work, and a standing welcome for dogs.
