United Coffee Beans

United Coffee Beans was founded in April 2017 by Parviz Dadashov and opened its first branch on 11 January 2018 on Yusif Mammadaliyev Street, a central and historic street in Baku. It describes itself as a pioneer of the third wave in Azerbaijan, and this Center branch is where the brand began.

Beans are brought in from different origins and roasted under a microlot concept, with each roast analysed and tasted afterwards. The branch has two floors and a balcony over the narrow streets, with filter coffee, milk drinks and lemonades on the menu. UCB also trains baristas through its coffee academy and has since grown to several branches across the city.
