The brand began in Australia and roasts for its American cafes in Portland, and in Austin it pours both approachable espresso drinks and rare lots, including coffees from distinctive farms and experimental processing.

The building is a light, open room with tall windows, and a patio shaded by a large tree sits out front with umbrella tables. The kitchen serves all day breakfast and lunch and closes at three, while the coffee bar stays open until four. The menu leans on fresh, ethically sourced ingredients, and the cafe is open every day from seven in the morning.
