Palomino Coffee

Palomino is a Texas coffee shop and marketplace on East 12th Street, where the daily coffee sits alongside plants, apothecary goods and home wares. The room is a high ceilinged space of pale plaster and warm timber, with a long curving counter, a sweeping communal table and a lounge corner, and sacks of green coffee stacked against one wall.

Coffee is roasted by the shop and sold as bags and through a subscription club, and the espresso can be ordered as a blend or a single origin. A short seasonal menu rotates through house made syrups, with drip, cold brew and tea alongside. The cafe opens every day from seven in the morning until four in the afternoon.
