Red Rabbit Coffee Parnell

Red Rabbit's Parnell café fills the ground floor of a modern building at 96 Saint Georges Bay Road, with a big red rabbit painted across the glass and a timber bench out front for a sunny sit down. It is the neighborhood home of an independent Auckland roaster that puts seasonal, single origin coffee at the centre of everything it does.

The beans are roasted by Red Rabbit and served as espresso, batch brew or hand brewed filter, with the roastery's lighter, seasonal lots shining in the filter. Café food sits alongside the coffee, and the baristas keep things friendly and free of jargon, in line with the roaster's belief that great coffee should feel effortless.
