3 Beans Coffee Roasters

3 Beans has been serving espresso and unique brews since 2010 from a small bar at the front of its roastery inside City Works Depot on Wellesley Street West. It is a relaxed, fun loving counter in the middle of the city where regulars drop in on their way through the week.

The beans are roasted here and poured at the bar as espresso or as single origin filter, and the same coffee goes out to cafés across Auckland and Napier. It is a weekday stop only, with the bar closing early afternoon and shut at weekends, so plan a morning visit.
