Rev Coffee Roasters

Rev Coffee Roasters has anchored Smyrna's coffee scene since Jenn and Nick Bimmerle opened it in a converted garage on Spring Road. The team treats sourcing, roasting and preparing coffee as something of an obsession, and the shelf shows it: light roast single origins, currently from Honduras, Colombia, Guatemala and Rwanda, sit beside house blends and espresso.

Behind the counter, drip coffee comes as a rotating light or dark option, cold brew is made with a Brazil Cerrado, and espresso drinks share the menu with breakfast, lunch, grab and go items and a bakery case. The cafe stays open until ten every night, starting at six on weekdays and seven on weekends, and the roasters also sell beans at the Sandy Springs farmers market on Saturdays from April to November.
