Radio Roasters Coffee

Radio Roasters began in 2014 as a delivery only business run by Chip Grabow, a former NPR producer who named the company for his two passions, coffee and radio. By 2018 it had moved into a production roastery in Decatur with room for a tasting bar, just west of the DeKalb Farmers Market, and the Ethiopia Modor Shantawene won a Good Food Award.
Radio HQ is both roastery and cafe, so visitors can catch a glimpse of roasting and production while they order espresso, filter coffee or a bag to take home. The shelf changes with the seasons and has lately included a Wush Wush natural from Ethiopia, a Kenya peaberry and a Colombian Pink Bourbon. The roaster also supplies other Atlanta shops, and the doors are open every day from eight to three.
